Day 2

At the end of qualification matches, the TriSonics were ranked #4, having won 9 matches and lost 3. We were selected for Alliance Selection by the number 2 alliance captain. With the help of 107 Team R.O.B.O.T.I.C.S., and team 7054 the SC Sailors, we made it to the Semi-Finals before losing to the soon-to-be tournament champions. In addition, the TriSonics also won the Autonomous Award which celebrates the team that has demonstrated consistent, reliable, high-performance robot operation during autonomously managed actions. Evaluation is based on the robot’s ability to sense its surroundings, position itself or onboard mechanisms appropriately, and execute tasks.
